ViT-B16 skin lesion classifier deployed as a FastAPI service on Amazon EKS. Model weights served securely from S3 via IRSA with prefix-scoped IAM - no static credentials anywhere. VPC with private subnets, single NAT Gateway, free S3 Gateway Endpoint, and ECR with immutable tags. Fully provisioned and tearable through Terraform.
